Watch for separate emails with your appointment confirmation, medication and healthcare provider requests, and a Scope of Appointment form to review and sign. You’ll also receive reminders and your video link, if applicable.

Please have your Annual Notice of Change handy. This explains your plan’s changes for next year and should have arrived in September. If you haven’t received it, Morgan or Mackenzie can help you obtain it.

If your plan is continuing next year, you’ve reviewed your Annual Notice of Change, and you’re comfortable with the coverage and changes, you do not need a review appointment. You will be re-enrolled in the same plan for 2027 if that plan is still available.

Some plans are non-commissionable, and carrier restrictions may limit our ability to quote, enroll, or serve as your agent.
